Passing Light is the most abstracted of the pieces in the collection. It is a glimpse into the calm of the sunrise or sunset. If there's a time in nature that can get most of us to stop and take note, it's during a sunrise or sunset when the sky and land show off together. In those moments, I'm always reminded to breathe more deeply. This piece captures the more gentle peachy light as it may appear gently shining in a window and juxtaposes that only an abstracted landscape.
This piece is textured and then painted using acrylics. It is wired and ready to hang. The edges are a dark corresponding color with the artist's signature on the right side of the canvas to avoid detracting from the front of the piece.
