Shipping policy

Pre-Shipping

Unless we are on vacation, Nfinity Arts sends shipments to the post office twice per week (usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays). This allows Nfinity Arts enough time to receive your order information, carefully package selections, and deliver your package(s) to the post office.  Please note that this is in addition to shipping time.  If you need to expedite your package(s), please see the section on expedited shipping options.

Shipping Rates

For all orders, we offer exact shipping rates as calculated by USPS (or DHL, if chosen, for international orders) at the time of checkout. This means that you pay the exact amount it will cost Nfinity Arts to ship your item to you rather than an inflated shipping & handling fee. 

International customers, especially those in the EU, will be responsible for any VAT/taxes due at time of delivery. 

Expedited Shipping Options

Nfinity Arts understands there may be a need to rush an item to its destination, so we offer expedited delivery options at the time of checkout. Please ensure you select the appropriate shipping speed for your needs during the checkout process. 

As a courtesy to our customers, if an expedited shipping method is chosen at checkout, we will do our best to also expedite the fulfillment of the order so that it is shipped and received as quickly as possible.
