Add a touch of luxury to your process with this beautiful, handcrafted watercolor brush. The rigger brush is currently only offered in size 6. The marbled swirl on the wood handle will be unique to each brush, some brushes having more or less swirl depending on how the paint reacted when the brush handle was dipped.
This brush features long bristles made of imitation squirrel hair, so it holds a lot of water. This makes it easier to create long, smooth lines without additional trips back to the palette.
This brush is perfect for:
- anywhere you need a brush that can deliver long, flowing lines whether they are straight (perhaps for powerlines in cityscapes) or jagged (perhaps for trees and branches).
- brush lettering with an experienced hand. Due to its size, this rigger creates thicker downstrokes, but the length of the bristles may create a challenge for lettering artists.
