Call Your Calm Challenge 2022
Welcome to the Call Your Calm Challenge 2022. I am so glad that you have decided to join us in intentionally creating calm moments in these busy weeks. As part of the email family, you have exclusive access to the full month of prompts ahead of time. Feel free to join in at any time - use past prompts at any time they feel inspiring to you.
This challenge is not only for creatives. You can enjoy the benefits of the soothing prompts through sound, taste, sight, etc., without creating anything. The point is just to pause and invite calmness into your day. I hope it helps us all be less stressed throughout 2022.
For inspiration on how you might interpret the prompts, make sure you’re following me on Instagram. Ideas for the week are posted there every Monday morning.
